My main problems have stemmed from getting my pet’s prescriptions filled. WHY do I have to do their job? If I have to check myself out, I deserve an employee discount.Īfter several years of mistreatment at the pharmacy here, I have finally called it quits. Different keys for toothbrush and razor because different aisles.įinally, you have to check yourself out while two employees stand just a few feet away doing absolutely nothing. Takes forever to shop because you have to get an employee to unlock everything. Must be a high crime area because everything small is locked up…even toothbrushes and toothpaste. Really? ‘Employees open 45-minutes late AND close an hour early. Another reviewer posted they closed an hour early. Between 8:00-8:30, a LOT of customers arrived and gave-up (departed) without their intended purchases BECAUSE even though there are finally two employees inside, they will NOT let us in (even though they should have opened over a half-hour ago. 8:30 two employees arrived together and parked in the parking space closest to the door (close spaces should be for customers) employees let themselves in the store BUT then locked all the customers out (and yes there were customers who had been waiting for the employees to show up for work). should have opened (according to the internet and the sign posted in the window). Tried visiting a week ago an hour before closing only to find the employees lowering the gate after locking the doors, seriously? Why have business hours if you’re not going to be open for business? This place is a joke. When walking out, there were 7 red shirt CVS Employees blocking the main aisle talking with nothing but time, while the pharmacy can’t function properly due to staffing problems. Same request, Same person waited on me, Same walk to the bin, Same walk to the counter (except in the other direction of where originally standing) what difference does it make which window they use? It’s called doing your job. Rude gentleman (Pharmacy Employee: HUY), said, when asked why the window was closed, it was due to short staffing and told me to wear a mask inside. I stated I’m sick, I don’t want to come into the store & infect your customers to no avail – so I parked and went inside. Received text prescription was ready, arrived at drive thru to find gate down – clearly outside of lunch closure times, only to be told it’s closed and I had to come inside. I rely on them every time and all the days I am in that area. They have stuff you need like the other places and stacking coupons is best at CVS. Usually the service is okay if you need it. It turned out she meant “PEN” stylus since she couldn’t even pronounce it correctly. The way she insisted I use a “PIN” got me annoyed. Customer service: One time I had someone help me at checkout bc the pad didn’t seem to work. You can get alcohol here too if you needed it. It means don’t pay overpriced for water or snacks at room service unless you’re in a situation where you can’t make it downstairs. Those staying in hotels and such, save money and get your basics here. So just pick one and go along your merry day. (Use your brain?) I’m about doing things fast and easy. Many dumb people exist, so I like to just go straight to the open ones (which are thankfully plenty there) and laugh about the dummies not sure how to do anything. Or they wait for a person to signal them to an open one. They want to be waited and served like at a restaurant. A lot of customers are sadly STUPID, so they don’t know to go to one. THERE ARE MANY self service kiosks so MOVE to the one that’s open. Even better if they have SELF CHECKOUT bc usually I’m way faster than others unless the machine can’t understand a legit coupon. A marker of an important chain store is being open all day, pretty much every day. Cute socks that I didn’t find in the other CVS locations like uptown. Pretty great location and store, they actually have clothes and a good selection.
